We built a single custom platform that replaced four of the five tools. A service catalogue with standard pricing and past engagement templates powers an AI-assisted proposal builder: a consultant selects scope items, adjusts quantities, adds custom narrative, and a formatted proposal is ready in 20 minutes. Projects, tasks, and time entries live in the same system — time flows directly into the billing engine. Invoices generate on the 1st with one click. The client portal gives clients a live view of project status, upcoming milestones, and past deliverables — reducing "quick update" calls by 60%. The SaaS spend dropped from ₹26L to ₹7L annually (Slack and a video tool kept; everything else replaced).
